Noelani McGadden is a business executive with over 29 years of experience that span wireless, mobile cable/broadband, IoT and startup industries. Prior to Senet, Noelani worked as a consultant with a host of channels including ATT, Charter, Verizon, KDDI, Samsung, T-Mobile and Telia Mobitel to name a few. As a result of her experience in this market, Noelani has deep expertise in creating strategic go-to-market plans around value-added services and has helped telecom providers develop and execute new business models to monetize assets and deploy IoT services using creative partnerships. She understands the challenges around creating a framework in nascent markets and has prepared digital strategies for IoT companies to accelerate adoption and drive long-term brand value.

Noelani has lived and worked in Japan, Israel, Holland and Sweden and has spoken on IoT and design at Carnegie Mellon University, at HerDU Denver University and Colorado Women’s College events, as well as the Adtran Canadian IOT Summit in Toronto, to name a few. In her spare time, she enjoys biking, hiking and running and watching her kids in sports. Noelani has a degree in Math and Computer Science and MBA from the University of Denver.

Noelani currently runs the Global Strategic Accounts within Senet.
