Scott Redfern is the General Manager for Siemens Smart Infrastructure within Central Florida. In this role, Scott overseas Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Project Execution, and Service Operations for both the Orlando and Tampa Siemens Offices. Scott has over 23 years’ experience within the Building Technology field and over that time has held senior management positions in strategic account management, operations, and sales functions. Scott is passionate about creating more perfect places for people to live and work and helping customers achieve their sustainability goals leading to a healthier planet for us all.
Prior to moving to Orlando in January of 2021, Scott served as the Executive Account Director for Siemens, overseeing the Harvard University Account. In this role Scott led the Siemens team to ensure building comfort, safety, and energy performance throughout the portfolio of buildings on campus.
Scott has also worked exclusively in the rapidly growing Data Center Vertical for 12 years where he led national sales and operations teams delivering software and control devices to achieve uptime, system reliability and building performance for Data Center Customers in the US Market.
Scott currently resides in Winter Park, FL with his wife Perla, and daughters Isabel and Eloise.
